So as to pair this blog primp-up with a new post, I'm going to put up some photos of my ever redundant face from my last trip home in MN just this spring (summer in the Philippines). Why so? 'Cause I'm going home again this Christmas! So happeh!

Melting snow is still freezing, don't think otherwise. But check out how the grass was already green before the freak spring snowstorm.

Walking by the still-frozen lake at North Oaks. This is one of those rare instances where my brother actually takes a clear manual focus photo with my camera. Good boy!

That same lake did thaw a few weeks later, making this a bonafide sunny spring day. It was still freezing though, but there was so much more to see.
It will be a different scene this winter, no melting snow, but much of the sparkly white stuff falling from the sky. As usual I'm having qualms about the trip even if I've done these long-distance trips for quite a while already, but I guess that means I'm just really excited to see my family again.
Hope to post something rather substantial soon, I have a lot of thoughts stored up but it will take some time to sort 'em out. As a heads up, they're veeeerrry interesting and rather less angsty. Haha. So basically God has been very faithful in my life. Everyday is a learning process, but everyday is beyond glorious.
K, so I'm off to study on how we breathe (Yes, I want to now. Haha), maybe I'll talk about that in a future post too.
God bless!
